Aluminum Layered

• Reusable header, exhaust manifold and collector flange gaskets

• Manufactured from “Dead Soft” aluminum layers .125" thick

• Conforms easily to surface irregularities (warped flanges),

compresses down to .060" to create a tight leak proof seal

• Will not shrink, deteriorate, or blow out, eliminating gasket leaks

• For high performance street, drag race and oval track

Stainless Steel

• Multi-Layered Steel (MLS) exhaust and header collector gaskets

are designed for extreme cylinder pressures produced by high

horsepower–high compression turbo-charged, supercharged and

nitrous oxide engines

• Manufactured from three stainless steel layers, resists corrosion, will

not burn through or push out and maintains maximum fastener

torque retention

• Stress formed inner and outer layer embossments act like springs

that rebound under exhaust flange clamp load, creating force to seal

excessive exhaust pressure produced from cylinder heads

• Withstands different combinations of cylinder head (aluminum) and

exhaust header or manifold (steel) materials, will not deteriorate

from scrubbing actioncaused by different expansion rates in

aluminum and steel material

PERFORMANCE NOTE: Precisionautolab was the first manufacturer

incorporate slotted mounting bolt holes at the ends of each exhaust

gasket. This allows the gasket to be installed without removing the

header flange or exhaust manifold entirely from cylinder head, making

installation faster and easier.
